How did Obito release Madara's control?

He was aware of Madaras zetsu inside him this whole time and probably knew how to get rid of its control the moment madara use it.
As for how he sealed the juubi, he's pretty good when it comes to fuinjutsu as he displayed when he extracted the Kyubi out of Kushina. With the added power of Rinnegan's human path, he was able to quickly seal the juubi inside him and be his Jinchiiruki.
