The only way to harm the Juubi Jinchuriki is by having Senjutsu chakra, this we know for a fact. But in this chapter, Obito manage to pierce Madara's body with bare hands on a dieing state, with no chakra, and while possessed by Black Zetsu. How did Obito manage this without Sage Mode?

This is because it was a regular physical attack. Sage Mode works because the Chakra comes from nature, Ninjutsu doesn't work because it is man-made, synthetic, if you will, of the original Chakra that came from the Shinjuu. However, the physical attack didn't require chkra so there was no man-made Chakra involved so the ability to nullify Ninjutsu doesn't apply. It was obviously just a really strong stabbing motion...

I may be wrong but that's my theory.

Don't forget, Madara also has Senjutsu on him, this means he has tough skin. Obito who is barely alive who didn't even put power behind his attack managed to put a hole to Madara's body who was in Bijuu Cloak and Sage Mode!?

Denial now is just blind fanboying.
ASSPULL!!!
