How did Obito find Nagato?

The title says it. Konan didn't say anything to Obito about there whereabouts. He just teleported there. Can he read minds or something ?

Nope... Zetsu was in multiple location underground so if one Zetsu found Nagato the Zetsu that Obito had with him knew
