I don't think he's fodder like Tenten is. But I think that if the plot says someone has to die no matter how powerful they made them out to be that person is going to get killed with little to no issues due to the author exaggerating the "victim" of plots power level as for example Madara.

He could literally summon two f**king asteroids to any location in 2 seconds wipe out entire armies but he can't beat the 2 main characters punches....

Good thread mate looks like naruto was made to fodder for boruto to shine when did manga took turn from cooperation and friend ship to war and surpassing previous generations, surpassing his parents don't need to be power wise all the time Making naruto a fodder and causing unnecessary destruction looks like same drill again with no logic this time though looks like boruto will surpass not just naruto / sasuke even hagoramo and kaguya may be even chuck norris Lol. If it would be about them, then they shouldn't have introduced the new gen as the protagonists but rather side characters.
