How did Naruto beat the fact of Extraction?

So why when naruto went through extraction,placing Kurama back into him

The main reason Kurama was put back inside is because Naruto needed the chakra of all 9 bijuu to use Six Path Senjutsu. He isn't a direct descendant of Hagoromo like Ashura so Kurama was needed to "link" his power with the other beasts in order to produce the same chakra as a JuubiJin.

Basically Kurama is to Naruto what Itachi's eyes are to Sasuke, without those factors they wouldn't be able to naturally wield the power Indra and Ashura inherited from being a direct descendant of Kaguya and a Juubi Jinchuuriki.

In theory he didn't need a bijuu to survive as he already possessed Hago's power and Kushina's blood, he just would not have been able to awaken Hagoromo's body hence why Obito went through all the effort to retrieve the missing two bijuu chakra from Madara.

I'm pretty sure neither Minato nor Kushina knew that resealing would give life back. Kushina never outright states she would die, but rather she assumes it would occur and plans to die with Kurama so that the village would have time before it's eventual revival.

Naruto was going to die 100%, it was the fact that the Kyuubi was placed back within him that saved his life. That is correct.

The simple answer to your question is that Minato and Kushina simply didn't know the facts, as a Bijuu had never been extracted from a host who could continue to live for however short a time. Literally only Uzumaki and maybe Senju could accomplish this, and Mito gave Kushina the Kyuubi on her deathbed, so it was unprecedented.

Naruto was 16, Kushina was in her prime at the very least. The difference. As an Ashura incarnate believing he has less stamina and vitality than Kushina makes no sense unless you consider these factors.



And Naruto was given Hagoromo's chakra, why would he need Kurama ? Because Hagoromo wanted him to have the power of a JuubiJin, aka Six Path Senjutsu, that wouldn't be possible without being Kurama's jinchuuriki no different to Rinnegan not being possible without the eyes of a sibling.



Kurama gave Naruto the extra Yang he was missing from Ashura's bloodline being 1000 year old diluted and Sasuke needed Itachi's eyes for the extra Yin that Uchiha lost over centuries of blood dilution.
