Bee and Naruto had to go through the whole falls of the truth training for learning to control the power of their Tailed beasts but Minato never did that training.How did Minato learn the Tailed beast mode then ,wasn't the dude dead and sealed ?

Well Bee and Naruto had to learn to rid all of their hatred (didn't look like Bee had any as a kid) and learn to push the Bijuu's will from their chakra to pull it out of the Bijuu; you need a strong will. Bee was in a good mood and didn't let the hate of others get him down, A also helped Bee by being there for him. Naruto couldn't pull Kurama's will until he talked to his mom and realized that his mom and dad were always there for him and became his "Suns" that gave him the will power to pull Kurama's chakra without his will attached.
Minato on the other hand did not have hatred, have his "suns" who are Naruto, Kushina, Jiraiya, his old team, his friends in Konoha that give him a strong will power. Minato had the will power to used Death reaper seal, stay alive for minutes upon being impaled by Kurama's claws when a normal ninja would have been dead long before that since he was being killed 2 different ways. Pulling Yin Kurama's chakra without Yin Kurama's will attached would be far easier for him than it would be for Naruto (Bee did it easier than Naruto as well).
Obito also used his will to push the Juubi's will out and gain control by using Rin as his "Sun".
He didn't. He sealed the kyubi chakra in himself when he died, the chakra that doesn't have a consciousness, so it's pretty easy to use.
No, he sealed Yin Kurama into himself which is how he was able to talk to Yin Kurama and give Yin Kurama to Naruto so it does have consciousness. I already gave my opinion on it above tho ^^ Plus in DRS you are in a fight with what you seal for all of time if I remember right so Yin Kurama and Minato should have 17 years of knowing each other so for all we know Minato won Yin Kurama over in the 17 years they were sealed.
They went through the waterfall of truth to control their tailed beast's power. Minato's Kyuubi gave him a free ride of chakra. And since Minato is the creator of the rasengan, making a tailed beast ball wont be something to worry about.
Yin Kurama didn't give Minato a free ride, he wasn't even talking to Minato until later on and if Yin Kurama gave Minato all of his chakra then Minato would be in BM and not KM. Anyways, it takes will power to fully use the Bijuu's chakra without their will attached and Minato showed strong will power while alive. The having love in you goes with the will power, and Minato loved a lot of people and was loved himself; Naruto didn't get Kurama's chakra until after he felt his mother's love which gave him the will power to push Kurama's will back out of him.
