How did minato improve FTG?

i believe Tobirama's FTG requires a Mark on the Enemy, Minato also has this, but the way he improved it, was by having marked kunais, the same way they mark the enemies.

i have never seen tobirama WARP objects without touching them like minato does!!! minatos is improved

he meant Minato's Body flicker, Instantaeous=instantaneous.

i think minato can do his without him actually touching just his chakra i guess that would be the improvement
