How did Madara originally plan to be revived? (Please Read ALL Of This!)

(Please read all of this) I believe his plan was for Obito to get Nagato to use Outer Path to bring him back to life. Or would Obito get Nagato to use reanimation jutsu? Which was it? Also, can you provide a scan of when Nagato told Naruto he could not revive Jiraiya? and also provide a scan of when the manga said that Madara's original plan was to get Nagato to revive him. Thank you

Obito was to attack nagato weakening him and allowing BZ to possess nagato and revive him(my assumption)

It was a simple plan except he didn't count on obito not wanting to revive him

Actually, I believe the plan was to corrupt Nagato so he would want to revive Madara. But Madara didn't count on Obito betraying him, and Obito didn't count on Nagato betraying him.
