Im kinda confused cuz in 601 it looked like the tree was laying on her but it was really hovering over her cuz they show a streak of a blood showing she was dragged

The tree was never on her, as pointed out by others based on the shadowing of it. It was Kishimoto's way of censoring her severed body. He probably sliced her but we didn't see it, just the climatic end to the battle to add shock value.
