How did Madara manage to place puppet seals on all those individuals while he was stuck in a cave? How did he implant nagato with rinnigan?

Yeah I've been seeing a number of these "How did he do it" threads.

Like the others have said. Probably Zetsu. They are/were his eyes and ears in the world basically. They can look like and even mimic the chakra of other people so it would be easy for one of them to say look like Minato, go to Rins room and implant the seal while she is sleeping or something.

That's the only way I can see him donig this.

Brainwash the leader, then the leader controls that group. Therefore Madara controls that group.

He was never stuck inside that cave to be precise.

Probably Zetsu took care of implanting the eyes.

I would think that Zetsu was responsible for most of the prep involved, but it's plausible that Limbo/Shadow Madara carried out certain parts, too, seeing as we still don't know the exact limitations of the technique (how far from his real body it can go/how long it can stay separate)
