How did Kurama get taken from Naruto so fast?

I'm not sure if it's because of Gedo and the chains or if the chains themselves can seal a biju that fast. But during the gaara arc in part 2, it took a few days to extract the biju from a jin. with the end result ending in death in all of the occassions.

Now, it seems like Madara can do what the akatsuki can do in the matter of minutes, with multiple, and powerful resistances. It doesn't really make sense to me because if that's the case, Obito could of started the moon eye plan a lot earlier, right?

Obito used another way to pull kurama out of kushina too, which was pretty quick..

The part with extracting the Kyuubi from Kushina:
Obito just quickly took him out because she was weakened after childbirth. It would still take days to seal him in the mazou.

The part with Kushina happened because the seal was weakened after she had given birth and Obito had picked the right time to free Kurama,the reason Kurama was easily removed from Naruto is because the seal was already broken.

Simply because A. The seal was broken so it didn't need to be sealed. B. This was the Gedo directly using it's chains to rip it out. That's probably why
