How did Kakashi knew Minato was on the battlefield?

How did Kakashi actually knew that his former sensei Minato was on the battlefield along with the other Hokages when him and Obito fought in the other dimension?
When Obito arrived back, it seems he already knew about it before he became the Jinchuriki of Juubi, but after some chapter it seems Kakashi was thinking about his past, and how can both of them notice the Hokages came back when Kakashi was in the Kamui world?

You can't really sense or feel people's chakra outside the real world, so do you guys know why?

This thread might been made from long ago, however I just want to make sure that how Kakashi knew Minato was brought back by Orochimaru.

What are you trying to say? You mean his shared vision of Obito's MS? It doesn't make any sense since Kakashi knew Minato was there from long ago.
