How did Kaguya raise/treat Hagaromo when he was a kid?

Given what Hagaromo said about his mother. I seriously wonder how his childhood/upbringing was like. How Kaguya must have treated him. I truly feel sorry for the Sage and his brother. They must have had the worst upbringing of all, they probably were abused by their mother and frightened of her. OR Kaguya loved her sons and treated them like any other mother would.

Still it makes you wonder. What do you all think?

This is another possibility (in addition to her just being a normal mother toward them or a very strict one), her servants could have taken care of them for most of their lives.

Makes me wonder what would happen if Hagoromo's brother arrived at the scene and had a talk with Kaguya if they appear in the next few chapters. She probably wouldn't be able to bring herself to finish him off.

In all honesty, I sincerely hope we get a few flashback chapters that shows the full story of Kaguya and her sons, just like with Hashirama and Madara. That would be epic!

I agree, that would be a flashback I don't mind seeing at all. It'll also help reveal more of her personality, since we're probably not going to be seeing her good side on the battlefield.
