Itachi was almost blind right ? How did he do this when he fought with Sasuke. How could he pinpoint all those shurikens that accurately when he had almost no vision ?

Here also

Here maybe it can justified because he was an Edo and they almost have no drawbacks. He could probably pinpoint the King of Hell's chakra and blind it

How did Itachi do this or was he just that good to anticipate wrist movements + experience and is able to counter everything thrown at him ?

His sharing was probably reading Sasuke hand movements to pinpoint where he was throwing the kunais at.

That's still something very hard to do even with a healthy Sharingan to spot movements

Battle experience, but there are other ways. For instance, he's lost his sight, which means he makes up for losing one sense by training the others. Perhaps he heard them slicing through the wind and reacted accordingly?

Also, in the Nagato fight, this again comes to heightened perception. A summoning of that magnitude was likely going to create a disturbance in the area around them, even if it's something as small as a shift in the air due to chakra change. If one is paying attention, like a ninja should, this would have been caught.

Because he's one of the most skilled shinobi. He was able to fight on par with a hebi Sasuke with poor eyes and even fought Kabuto with presumably worse vision.

Wasn't it Genjutsu when they were throwing shuriken? That might explain it.

Also when he was Edo, I believe he had 20/20 vision.

A] Itachi was almost blind right ?

B]How did Itachi do this or was he just that good to anticipate wrist movements + experience and is able to counter everything thrown at him ?

A] Almost as you pointed out, still his a kage level shinobi...They are trained to use all their senses, even if their vision is lacking...

B] Yes, experience counts as well..

P.S. Itachi was unable to dodge the shuriken attack from Sasuke due to his illness [If im not mistaken] :/

No that was another thing with chakra strings Sasuke used with two shurikens something I think. He tried to dodge but he still got caught partially in the leg. BZ was surprised he got caught into it saying : That's weird , Itachi wouldn't have been caught into that

The user first attaches strings beforehand onto the tossed shuriken and kunai thrown after it, then one shuriken is pulled back using a tree as an axis, based on the yo-yo's principle. The other shuriken and kunai are decoys, and the true attack is the shuriken that is pulled back using the force of the thrown kunai. The trick in making this technique successful is to somehow be able to read the enemy's movements, which normally would require the Sharingan.

His vision was blurry, he couldn't make out details too well but he still possessed spatial perception.
