How did hinata power-up ino's Shintenshin tech?

I guess..... If a yamanaka switches with a byakugan activated hyuuga... the yamanaka can see the vision of the byakugan activated hyuuga...enabling the yamanaka to activate the shintenshin tech in long range or anything that is within the hyuuga's vision... Im not really sure...what do you think?

this seems plausible. along the lines of what I came up with. sorta like a sniper and a spotter type of deal. yamanaka just needs help "dialing it in"
