How Did Hagoromo Get Hamura's Power

So question to ask is what happened that made Hagoromo possess both his own sealing powers and Hamura's (His Brother) as well?

What happened to Hamura?

Hagoromo was the only one to have the Juubi sealed in him. (Not counting currently.)

I doubt its hamuras power, The sages staff says differently, he probably had both.

I think hamura is dying from illness after years of jubbii sealing event occur

and he making a point not to be cure or revive by hagoromo but chosen to lend his power to hago similar like madaŕa and izuna situation
