I mean when He absorb Bee's Chakra why his haired Turned back to Red and why he start moving on his own? Hachibi's chakra has so strong healing power?

He still wasn't able to move his legs after absorbing the chakra. All it did was restore the chakra/life force that was taken by the gedo mazo in the hanzo battle.

That wasn't the effect of healing. Bee's chakra didn't "heal" Nagato (Nagato wasn't injured that he required healing). It only added to Nagato's chakra reserves which restored his red hair, which was caused due to exhaustion of chakra.

in fight he used summons to move
but after he absorb Chakra he moved on his own...he still had problems like Kabuto said but he still could move better than before.

All the Bijuus are massive entities of Yang/Life Force. Nagato exhausted all his Life Force when he used Rinne-Tensei and his hair turned white. When he absorbed Hachibi's Yang/Life Force it restored his own Life Force and his hair consequently became red.

Using Gedo art consumed his uzamaki powers (hair change) and consumed his life-force/physical energy.

By absorbing Hachibi's bijuu cloak, he was able to restore his uzamaki powers (red hair) and physical energy/life force from the bijuus chakra. Chakra restored his uzamaki powers.
The Hachibi chakra had enough energy in it to restore nagato's life force (youth).
