How did Guy's bones get damaged?

Any of you guys might have an idea of how Guy busted some of his ribs/bones?
All he did was Morning Peacock, i didn't see Madara hurt him.

EDIT: MS translations says it was Daytime Tiger, not sure which one it actually was.

But didn't he also use it against Kisame and he was just fine?

Likely just the speed that his body was moving. The human body would take serious damage, moving around at that level of speed.

From what I could tell it could be one of two things:
1) Being in the 7th gate caused the damage
2) He broke his hand against Madara's skin/robe

Madara slashed with his staff, could have hit gai and that's what sent him flying

I'll answer this for you man: Firstly, *********** says they were just banged up not broken, secondly, he launched hirudora.

It shows madara quickly running at him and attempting to strike. it then shows gai covered in dirty. the hirudora exploded in really close proximity to gai
