How did Chojuro obtain Hiramekarei?

Its said that the 7 ninja swords of the mist are giving to the strongest swordsman at the time.
Either by a member passing the swords to a disciple or you kill a member to obtain title...or in Suigetsus case you find a sword.
I wonder how chojuro obtained Hiramekarei? Also on the subject how did zabuza his sword from juzo?

But who? I mean Mangetsu had Hiramekarei when might dai fought the 7 swordsmen...but i dont really see him passing his blade to chojuro
