Yes they have that for 5 minues of usage then need rest for days - powerful stuff indeed.Danzo used Hashiramas cells so he could handle to Sharingan,only am Uchiha,or someone with Hashiramad cells can use it well for long peroids of time.Kakashi is a genuis and had the Sharingan for years but needed extended rest after using it.Reread the Zabuza battle - Kakashi had to rest for like a week after using the Sharingan as much as he did and couldn't even stand like 5 minutes after the battle.

It's not how it works. Specific MS makes you God tier. And it's not like every Uchiha can awaken the MS. Maddy and Izuna were the first Uchiha to ever awaken MS. There are only a few canon Uchiha with MS and those are:Sasuke,Itachi,Madara,Izuna,Obito,Shisui.So there are 6 Uchiha that EVER awakened the MS. The best ones being Obito's and Shisui's eyes,which make you God tier. If every Uchiha awakened the MS it wouldn't be that special or rare.
