I see alot of controversy on this topic and I don't see what all the hubbub is about. Sasuke will surpass Madara as it has already been foreshadowed/implied numerous of times. Itachi is only half of what Madara/Sasuke has become.
Sasukes new PS w. manipulation of Enton and the possibilities of Kirin make Sasuke currently unbeatable. Only plot can nerf him so bad and not let him fight to his full capacity .

His PS barely has any feats, people are getting too ahead of themselves for an unstabalized PS that doesn't have senju cells to empower it. I agree with enton+PS is OP, but a full TBB by Kurama should still obliterate a PS. Plot isn't nerfing him, he's been like this the entire time, only thing that is occurring is people overrating him.

Senju cells have nothing to do with empowering Susanoo. Susanoo is an EMS tech and the one MAdara used against the kages is the one he used against Hashi. Hashirama didn't even note that Madara is using a different Susanoo, something that would usually been stated or implied. So to say senju is a requirement for PS is bias and a theory at best. Sasuke has already stabilized his PS around NAruto's Kyuubis chakra.

And where is it stated senju cells must be present for ps to be powered? Sasuke would do just fine powering it up without the cells.

I meant to say that the senju cells strengthen the PS, which should be true since; Orochimaru's edo tensei became stronger with the use of Hashi cells [
