How could Obito, Kakashi and the spikes move fast?

Naruto and Sasuke managed to dodge the spikes by lowering their bodies.

They could not move to dodge again, but Obito and Kakashi who were far were able to move fast enough to be in their front.

Also the spikes were not affected by the gravity. They should have felt on the ground. Isn't it weird.

Naruto has all the tailed beasts. He should heal like Madara. Shouldn't Naruto be able to survive a hit.
