How could Naruto be more funny?

Eh...its in okay anime. I'm more into the debates though, because I was in the debate club. The rp is fun too, speaking as an aspiring artist.

Ok, now I see your point of view.

Well for Naruto to be more funny I'd say that he should ditch all those bulked eyes moments when he gets scared or surprised and act more mature and add a joke to his attitude at the same time.

He, as a character has the potential to be super attractive because of his power and influence and making more responsible and mature not only as in role but also as in personality.

So, on short: more maturity and self-control, small puns about what gets him surprised, longer hair like his father, knowing how to get flustered while keeping his dignity at the same time(similar to how his father used to do when he was a bit touched and felt like he did something wrong, he scratched the back of his head and smiled).

This, is my personal opinion tho. Idk how much it helps your imagination or self desire to read something entertaining.
