How could Nagato get the rennigan?

In the manga tobi said that he gave the rennigan to nagato what does that meant ?
beside some people the on web said that senjo and uchiha clans can get the rennigan, and the usumaki clan have blood line with the senjo, that's why when nagato witnessed the death of his parents he awakened the rennigan, but i need a true answer for the question.

in the most recent chapters madara said he gave his eyes to someone which most likely means nagato although i don't see how this is possible because it was said that nagato killed the intruders when he unlocked rennigan

the only thing i could come up with is that nagato was created in a lab in an attempt to create a rinnegan user
hince notice how he tried to make and army out of senju dna(zetsu)

Din't madura say he awakned his rennigan when he died when he was fighting the 5 kages? So how in the hell can a dead person give the eyes to nagato? Didn't he also had one eye left? Maybe that was the eye he gave to nagato? or something like that. BUT im 100% that obito coun't have put the rennigan into nagato. Kishi needs to explain it, its confusing.....

you're missing dude, Madara have 2 eyes, the one who have 1 eye is Tobi but now he replaced it with a rennigan.
