How could it be that two humans each have more vicious chakra than an old fox?

When Sasuke when inside Naruto's mind, Kurama said that Sasuke is similar to Madara and Kurama stated that both Uchiha have more vicious chakra than his. Before Edo Madara used the Juubi, how could it be that two humans each have more vicious chakra than a centuries old demonic fox?

I understand that Madara was basically the greatest Uchiha ever and that the Uchiha descend from the older brother but don't know how much that plays a factor.

Now, it's a near limitless chakra pooch against a near limitless zombie using essentially a limitless chakra demonic god. This part does make Kurama's statement more valid.

Kurama has more chakra but hashirama and madara have better ways to utilize their chakra

He's not a demon fox lol. By more vicious chakra means his chakra much darker more evil. Kuruma isn't evil he's just missunderstood and pissed off humans think he's a weapon. Kuruma chakra not evil anymore but madara and Sasuke's is. Like how karin said back at the summit how much darker sasuke's chakra became like she could barely tell its him.

if you are referring to chakra RESERVES then kyuubi or an uzumaki have greater reserves than sasuke...but if you are talking about POWER of chakra then yes, sasuke and madara's chakra are more sinister and powerful than that of the kyuubi....but i will say in this regard that hashirama also had HUGE AMOUNT OF VERY POWERFUL CHAKRA........it is the reason why he was a beast......
