Neji saved Naruto, because Naruto had already saved him once.

Naruto still hasn't saved Sasuke in the same way, and if he doesn't, hatred wont disappear, and Naruto knows that. U_U

hey sasuke vs gaara at the forest of death do you honestly beleive that gaara would have spared sasuke naruto interupted and saved sasuke ? C'mon gaara was in a killing mode.

Sasuke was never one to be grateful to anyone esp. Naruto, before he left the village he had all this jealous thoughts of how naruto defeated gaara and he couldnt

That wasn't about Sasuke, it was about Gaara, and Naruto saved Gaara at the time as well. What is meant by "save", is not to save a persons life. Naruto will kill Sasuke if that is, what it takes to "save" him. Meaning it may be the only way to clear him from his hatred, and make him feel part of this world. That is probably what Naruto meant with, "we will both die".

But Sasuke is not that insane any longer, so perhaps it will be a different scenario. Even Oro noticed that he is difference, just because Itachi said a few words.

You took Naruto's words way too literally.
what he meant is, how can he become hokage if he puts himself first over his friends?

Good one. So you're saying that if he saw himself as the kind of person who is willing to turn his back on any one of his friends, then he doesn't deserve to be Hokage, because he would be a Hokage without integrity: Someone whose job it is to protect the village with their life.... except when he gives up. I can see that being the same reason that Jiraiya turned down the role.

I bet you more friends of Naruto will die, then Obito will show Naruto the "dream world" where Neji, Shikaku, Inoichi, Ao, Tsunade, Gaara, Onoki, A and Mei are alive and happy. Looks pretty convincing...

Not really. If Naruto and Sasuke has a 1 vs 1, and both die, meaning it's a tie, there will be none left to hate Naruto since he is dead, and none to hate Sasuke as well. If Naruto just loses to Sasuke it will make things worse, and breed more hatred, so it's the only way to remove it, if conversation can't.

Obito said something about Rinne Tensei. Maybe he'll go out like Nagato.

Which would be really cheesy and not as powerful the second time, but there you have it.

Also, I don't see how either Neji or Sasuke are Naruto's friends, but it may just be my cynical side speaking.
