How could Danzo lose to Sasuke!?!

Danzo's forbidden jutsu the Izanagi kicks ass, although he uses it pretty recklessly. Also his wind jutsu along with his summoned beast actually cuts through Susanoo's shield, if only for a brief moment.

Still, it proves that Danzo kicks ass. Now I understand that Sasuke placed a small genjutsu on Danzo, making him think he had one more eye left for the Izanagi, when in fact he didnt. Thus pwning him.

But when Danzo was half way, heck even 3/4 way through his eyes, he should've used Shisui Uchiha's eye on either Sasuke or Madara. The Koto Amastuki puts someone under a simple but permanent genjutsu that basically places them under your control.

Now, after the fight we learn that there's something about the Mangekyo Sharingan, or maybe the Sharingan in general, that makes Madara immune to its powers. Because when Kakashi tried using his Mangekyo Sharingan on Madara, Madara simply stated; that shit wont work on me(I'm paraphrasing of course lol).

So it's possible the Koto Amatsukami doesn't work on Madara (besides, if it did work, I think Itachi Uchiha would've used it on him a long time ago). But the Koto Amatsuki should work just fine on Sasuke, and yet he doesn't use it.

So the only thing I can think of why he didnt use the Koto Amatsuki on Sasuke is that:
1.He just wanted him dead(but I don't buy that. True shinobi,especially evil ones,will do anything required to win. Including brainwashing)
or 2. He had already used the Koto Amatsuki on someone within the last decade, making it impossible for him to use it.
If he did use the Koto Amatsuki, than that means that both Itachi and Danzo both used the technique on someone within the last 10 years(give or take a year)...who these 2 brainwashed people are, no one knows...Yet

1st Bold: And its because Danzo used Izanagi recklessly that he lost to sasuke. He should of used Izanagi creativley and find sasukes weak point.

2nd Bold: He didn't use shisui's ms technique on sasuke because there was a cooldown with each use. He had already used it on Mifune at the summit so he couldn't use it again until his time was up.

Exactly. I wonder why so many people are thinking that Madara is completely immune to MS, that way he would be unbeatable.


And yeah the cooldown prevented him from using it. Honestly I dont see what makes Danzo that great, his biggest advantage was Izanagi.
But as you can see he was stupid as ****..nothing like Sasuke, Itachi, Minato, Jiraiya or even Shikamaru. He was completely invincible for 10 minutes and he couldnt do shit against an 16 year old, how stupid do you have to be? 10 minutes of complete invicibility and he still lost!

I don´t think kishi should make sasuke beat danzo yet, he´s the man who rival the third and we all know how badass he was, he could use ALOT of jutsus but here we see a mere MS take one of the konoha elders out, i agree he´s the main character and he could get stronger in time to face danzo, it doesn´t mean kishi has to throw all logic out of the window when his favorite boy is fighting, the same thing goes for naruto, come on, they´re only 16 in the story! Danzo didn't have Koto Amatsuki. What ever genjutsu he used on Mifune was something else because he noted it had a several hour cooldown unlike Koto Amatsuki which has a 10 year cooldown.
