How cool would a gun-weilding villain have been?

I think it would have been pretty cool, at least in Part 1.

Kakashi and Co. could be trying to figure out the "jutsu" he's using, and why he isn't running our of chakra when he does it multiple times. The guy would also be a crack shot who pretty much never misses. Give him like two SUPER accurate flintlock pistols, that fire faster and are far more lethal than any current hand gun.

It would be cool, but Kishi said in an interview way back when that guns aren't suited to ninja, there'd be no way they could keep up with them (at least in Part 1).

Firstly, projectile weapons such as guns aren't allowed. (The one exception is Inari's bowgun.) Guns aren't suited to ninja. Gunpowder is used in the anime, though I don't think it should be there. And, vehicles such as aeroplanes are not allowed. I try to restrain technology that can be used for war... For example, if missiles were in it, it'd be the end.

Missiles aren't aloud but Tailed Beast Bombs that could be fired in rapid succession that can blow up a city is perfectly fine.
And since when do ninjas stand on birds and let them fly?
