Why didnt kakshi ever question those other two elders about what tobi said with the whole itachi thing i mean if anyone is goin to know it would be them two

why hasnt kabuto made dans revival known to tsunade yet i mean it would really put the kages at a disavantage if he did already

Why hasnt tobi used sasunoo yet i mean doesnt every uchuha who has MS have the ability to use him

Why hasnt the manga explained how to activate the rinnegan yet tobi is has to know and he runs his mouth about eveything else i mean isnt like a mutation of the sharingan(read that online) i mean how do activate cause each new sharngan you gotta kill someone close you right?

1. The past is the past. If kakashi confronted the elders what would happen, they'll say "oh kakashi you caught us oh noooo?!". Nothing would happen that's just it, they did it because it was needed.

If you've unlocked both abilities in both eyes of your MS then you unlock Susanoo. The reason Kakashi doesn't have it is because he has only 1 MS. Madara and Sasuke arent related except for the fact they are both Uchiha's.
