How come we never see Tobi use his Sharingan?

Other than controlling the 9 tails we never see him really using it. Maybe I'm mistaken but I don't remember him using any genjutsu either.

He doesn't use it very often other than his S/T jutsu. The only other scenario he used it in was when he was getting information out of Konan, it was implied that he used genjutsu.
