Usopp>99% of OP characters he's relatable, funny and one of the best developed characters in OP, not to even mention his loyalty and admiration for Luffy

similar with Nami, many people dislike her but in fact throughout OP she has been the one to punch sense into Luffy (or at least tried), she is very smart and (character wise) strong and well developed and likely the 2nd most important crew member (without her Luffy and Zoro would still be cruising around East Blue), she really is Luffy's navigator in every sense
