How come Uchiha Clan and some Senju were not revived with Edo

The uchiha got slaughtered by a 13 year old with a 3 tomoe sharingan. They suck. The only notable senju's are tobirama, tsunade, and hashirama and 2 cannot be revived and one is alive.

I don't get it, if Kabuto knew where Obito/Madara's hideout was, How come he didn't revive the Uchiha clan and some Senju members that would have been a huge advantage for akatsuki???

So does any one know what the reason is for this besides plot.

Hiruzen became the hokage at age 26+ since minato was the youngest hokage of 25. With him dying at 69 that means tobirama was gone for 44 years and hashirama even longer. It can't be said for how long hashirama was gone due to the fact that we have no knowledge on how many years the 1st war lasted.

Minato was youngest at age 20 or younger. Obito became chuunin at age 11, and according to this, Minato was Hokage before Obito became a chuunin:

I believe he died at age 26 (it's the most logical age for him to die, this would put him in the same generation as Shikaku, Chouza, Inoichi, Hizashi, Hiashi, etc.)

The 1st & 2nd hokages were sealed by reaper death seal so was minato & kushina & 3rd hokage...everyone else's DNA couldn't be found you think danzo & the elders would leave that laying around plus where u think obito got all the cases of eyes from. Kabuto clearly couldn't touch them or get their DNA. Kabuto said he used the DNA oro collected as well as some of his own collections and he chose specific DNA to mind **** the allied force in the war by using DNA of the people close to them
