How come there are no bears in Naruto?

So I just got into Bleach and right away I noticed there's a bear.

I think it's strange that Naruto doesn't have any bears. It would've been epic if Kakashi or Obito was a bear.

Why do you guys think there has been no bears? Will bears come in the future? Maybe the guy who "knows it all" that Sasuke is going to meet is a bear.
