How come Sasuke wasn't hated in Parr I?

If the villagers hated or at least suspected the Uchiha Clan because of the Kyuubi attack, then how come Sasuke isn't apart of the scorn?

Because they didn't think someone who was a baby at the time could control a 9 tailed fox demon.

Plus they thought the demon was reborn in Naruto, so they focused their hatred on him instead
