How come Sasuke was able to escape Konoha without anyone noticing ?

Okay in Part 1 Sasuke walks out of the leaf without anyone knowing, what i mean is no guards were there what if Oruchimaru were to destroy the leaf at night he would just walk in the barrier (he knows the password) and kick konoha's ass like the sound 4 were able to invade the leaf without anyone knowing at daytime ?

Am i missing something or is this just a forgetable moment?

So, During that very moment where Sasuke was approaching the Gates of Konoha, Some fellow Shinobi noticed. They knew that Uchiha Sasuke was leaving, So they were about to go and confront him.....


And then, Sakura came.....

Well I can´t blame them for lack of security considering how soon it was since the Suna & Oto invasion, which drastically depleted the Konoha shinobi numbers. Besides, Sasuke might know one way out where there was a spot to run along without the guard seeing it. There´s always loopholes, and with fewer troops of course those increase in numbers.
