How come only Madara has Infinite Chakra?

How come when Madara was an Edo Tensei, only he had Infinite Chakra? While the others did not?

I doubt he has infinite. I'm sure its infinite compared to most characters. Everyone has a finite level. I think it just so happens his is probably much higher than almost all of NV.

Yeah, I remember when Itachi became free of Edo Tensei everyone was freaking out cause there was an immortal, infinite chakra, sickness-free Itachi running around.

Becouse when Itachi make Kabuto to release Edo Tensei Madara made the seals and he have unlimited chakra and immortal body.

They all had "infinite" chakra. The amount of chakra they had was limited though. When they use their chakra, it regenerates infinitely. It is pseudo-infinite if you will.

Everyone had infinite chakra. Note that it is infinite chakra, not unlimited. Infinite chakra is when it regenerates so quickly that it basically will not run out. Madara just seemed to use that the best to his own advantage.

No edo tensei truly had infinite chakra.

They had the same amount they did when alive, but the chakra regenerates and they couldn't die from overuse. So they could use all their chakra, thus exhausting it, and simply regenerate it since they could never die.
