How come Obito is Hollow?

I thought only right half of his body was Zetsu (or zetsu material) but when Kakashi pierced him with Raikiri he was hollow from inside in his left side?

I don't think he was hollow but his zetsu side probably took over mot of his body and so when kakashi pierced it , it made a perfect hole into the zetsu body which has human blood leaking from it xd
