How come obito has the most powerfull genjutsu?

I remember that Fourth mizukage yagura was being controlled using genjutsu by obito in kisame's flashback we knew that it was obito who came there since madara was dead by that time so howcome obito used the most powerfull genjutsu to control yagura's mind? the Kotoamatsukami so either it could have been shisui?
what do ou guys think?

kotoamatsukami dosent need senju dna and also madara did not know kotoamatsukami
he only knew izanagi

This is the best answer, and it's probably not a sharingan genjutsu just a normal genjutsu. But any genjutsu is more powerful when used by a sharingan user apparently.

It was not kotoamatsukami but just another strong sharingan-based genjutsu
