How come Obito had better feats with Rinnegan than Pain when he had just one eye?

Obito didn't have better feats than Nagato. He was able to control the Gedo Mazo better because of his Hashirama cells. But Nagato showed mastery over all 7 paths. Obito didn't.

People forget that Obito used Human path on JJ and preta path absorption.

Obito was taught, and learned how to use the six path Justus at age 14 with one MS.
(At that point, he needed to use the chakra of the black rod to preform the Justus)

Since achieving the rinnegan, his six path Justus increased to around Edo nagato's size with just one eye.

However throughout the battle he was using the. Rinnegan for Gedo mazou and it's transformation to juubi.

Which taxes too much chakra to use the paths, as soon as he left being JJ Obito he used two path tech. before death.
