However, Naruto posses all nine Tail Beast (Bijuu) that reside.

Well if you count the Chakra Fruit as the The Ten-Tails/God Tree, then yes, but other then that his powers are from his mother, Kaguya whom she got it from the Fruit of the God Tree.
