How come Naruto's sage mode?

How come Naruto's Sage mode only makes him get this orange make-up around his eyes while Jiraiya's Sage mode changes his whole appearance?

And why doesn't Naruto ever summon Ma and Pa?
Ohh and why does it take so long for Jiraiya to go Sage mode?

Summoning Ma and Pa takes a long time, Jiraiya needs them to sustain SM, or else he'd probably enter it as quickly as Naruto, although that was impractical in his battle with Pain.

For all we know, Naruto may not be able to summon Ma and Pa...

Cuz jiraya was absorbing more nature energy then naruto (overclocking in a way) thus has frog features. Naruto balances it out perfectly thus has not.

About him summoning Ma and Pa, I have no idea... you will have to ask that to kishi....
And it takes just as much time to Jiraya to go to sage mode as to Naruto. The only difference is that Naruto uses kage bushin, so he doesn't have to stick around on one firm place and charge... He can fight while his clones charge...

But Naruto doesn't need to charge. He's used it plenty of times without charging.

Jiraiya never mastered sage mode. Naruto was the only one to perfect it, and he cant have ma and pa on his shoulder because of the Kyuubi

Been said already but...

1. Jiraiya needed Ma and Pa to sustain his sage mose as ye was unable to do it by himself: Imperfect Sage Mode. Also, its possible he looked more like a Toad because a) He had had many more years living with the Toad Sage, eating the food etc and becoming one with them. and b) it may have been the influence of the fusion of Ma an Pa.

2. Kurama had previously rejected Ma and Pa when they tried to fuse with Naruto. Also, Naruto has countered the problem with his massive chakra reserves and technique of using Shadow Clones to store more Chakra, assisting him in SM.
