How Come Naruto is Not Genius?

Hi everyone, im just wondering tho, throughout manga or anime, and thru this forum, there's only not more than a bunch of people recognised Naruto as one of Konoha of maybe NV's genius. And very rare everyone accociates geniusity with him. Why dont he deserves to be called genius? I know the genius term in NV not referring to stephen hawking-like or Bill Gates and just concentrating of the ability to learn and improvise AWESOME jutsu.

His list of on-going achievement so far :-

1) Rasengan - He learnt it and MASTERED it not more than 1 week or so.

2) Sage Mode - Not more than a month (improvised it and perfected it)


3) Rasen-shuuriken - improvisation from wind element (less than a month)


4) Kyuubi Mode - get total control without confronting any serious damage to himself (less than a month)

It is his fast learning capability along with his determination that i thinks earned his reputation as one of Konoha's genius. Dont you think?

I think it is more that Naruto learns all oft this through simply grinding it unfilled the job is done where as Neji learned these techniques rather quickly or entirely on his own (64 palms and rotation).

He is a genius in his own way. Kinda like how we have people with autism but who are geniuses at certain things. Naruto is a genius it's just that he isn't bright so people overlook him.

There's a difference between working hard and being considered a genius. Based on many of his actions, he hardly shown any intelligence. But that's the concept of his character; a hyperactive idiot. He's not that much of an idiot, but he's also not much of a genius, maybe in the middle.
