How come Madara didn't lose his mind?

When Obito turned into the Juubi jinchuriki, he lost his mind for a while, until he managed to take over the Juubi.
But Madara was instantly in charge. How's that?

This could be because of various reasons.
Madara's Rinnegan is his own.
Madara has a better implant of Hashirama's DNA than Obito.
Obito and Madara are two different people and might not be equally good at it.
Madara's Juubi was more complete than Obito's (might be less unstable).
Madara knows more probably about the Juubi and the sage.
Obito was weakened from his battle with Kakashi.

Madara had a greater resolve than obito. There was no part of him that second guessed his decisions.

Madara was not injured, and weakened from fighting off another trying to control him, then getting a huge slash on the chest.

Madara has a more complete juubi, that is likely more stable.

There are mainly two reasons.

a) Madara was the leader of the Uchiha in the past. He is the succesor of the Elder Son's Bloodline, the bloodline is specially strong in him, meaning that all his spiritual power / mind power is extremely powerful. In the other hand, there is a gap of almost 100 years between him and Obito, meaning that the bloodline thinned. Henceforth, the spiritual power / mind power in Obito isn't as strong as Madara's.

b) Determination. Obito had doubts when the Juubi almost completely took over him, and he has a trauma. In the other hand, Madara has been meditating about this plan for more than 50 years... his determination is as solid as iron, so he wouldn't fall into doubts.

Surely even if it was because obito was weaker, Madara would have still been uncontrolled for a few seconds.

Madara has complete iron will that what he is attempting is noble and correct, whereas Obito was conflicted from day 1 , [hence why despite how powerful he became, he ermm 'gave repeated chances', to Naruto because he clearly reminded him of himself

The Juubi we know can be overbearing, and Obito almost lost himself and took back over, Madara it seems, no chance he will restrain it
