[Technical Issue] How come I can't use a pic/gif as a signature anymore?

Yea, prob with my sig,its a gif but isnt animating ( or animating too slow)

I kinda figured that out a little late... I had this gif saved but I couldn't find it anywhere on the internet so I thought I'd do it straight from my HW. Oh well, I had to go with a different pic
