Zetsu stated she kept them alive to sap chakra and create an army.

But kaguya was sealed,and after her death he created bijuus and realesed IT.This means ppl were already turned to zetsu right?
How could he marry to them then?

The ones that were transformed were sealed in the mazo automatically. They all dont transform at the same time. Some managed to stay alive long enough to be freed once she was sealed.There is no reason to assume they all were transformed or all trapped to begin with.

For all we know she might've only trapped who she wanted to.

She did cast it on the whole world. IT has nothing to do with the moon's size,but the moon's light. And everyone were affected by that.
And even if u are right(I doubt) there should still be ppl(or a clan) without chakra.

The size of the moon does matter because it affects how the light would be reflected and the area that the light would encompass. Do you think that light reflected off of a moon the size of a basketball would encompass the whole world? No it would not.

Also , there wouldn't still be people without chakara because Hagoromo spread his chakara all over the world via ninshuu.

No it wasnt. Its an anime adaption of Kishis manga. Everything thats goin on is their interpretation so its up to you to take it as canon or not since they get alot of stuff wrong and always make up their own stories(fillers)
