Did Yhwach talked to Aizen before? I don't really think so maybe it's possible Aizen has some knowledge about existence of Yhwach . That still never explained Genius person like him failed to notice this one.

How would they know? According to Yhwach, Quincies went to Seireitei while Shinigami were busy hunting them down elsewhere (human world or just outside of Seireitei, not sure), then they hid inside the shadows and didn't come out for centuries. How exactly were Urahara and the rest supposed to find them?

I think that it was before Aizen's, Mayuri's, and Urahara's time that it happened. So, it was likely already "a part" of Seireitei when it was their time, and being a dimension already established how would they know? Though it could be something entirely different. :|
