Isnt this exactly what Naruto did against Kakuzu? Kakuzu got blown back by the FRS also but the chakra needles still pierced Naruto's arm. And this time the FRS was on fire on top of it...

Naruto can already control the FRS when he was fighting Pein with SM, so with KM its a given already. And Sasuke can control the black flames of Amaterasu and called it Enton. That's why

they both have control over it. iirc naruto with sm put more energy around the shuriken, enabling him to throw it (and also to not get cut himself when he doesn't i suppose), and sasuke is a master of amaterasu manipulation
