I already told you the reason why the last statement is not valid. He was fooling Kakashi with wrong information to fool Kisame who was present there. Proven by the fact, Sasuke could not realize he was in a genjutsu despite Indra being inside him. Perfect Jinchuurikis are immune to an extent because of the partner inside them. The fanfics can wait. Bring factual proof. Tsukuyomi is so powerful it's effects transcend genjutsu to ninjutsu. Manga also states Itachi can control time and space.

I have already proved that Itachi's statement about him being able to be beat , by every sharingan user and Kekkei Genkai , is false because the same Itachi said Izuna was killed by Tobirama and Sasuke broke his Tsukiyomi and Madara was an immortal ghost of The Uchiha. Itachi earned those weapons by "grasping the workings of heaven and earth...." as per Databooks. It is an inheritance and a matter of talent , why he earned it. He did not discover it some where literally.
