I would say that's a poor example. Being "above Kage-level" doesn't really mean surviving being slapped around by one character after another.

Also, I'm not so sure about Naruto. Kages seem to be around Bijuu-level in power.

Another falsehood.Naruto never took on five Biju by himself.Try reading the manga.During the first battle with Obito paths, Killer Bee did most of the fight, saving naruto numerous times.When naruto and kurama used their tail beast bomb against the three biju's tail beast bomb, they didn't overpower the three biju's tail beast bomb they diverted it.Kurama shot his tail beast bomb underneath the Three Biju's tail beast bomb forces it to explode upward.

More falsehood, we have never seen Naruto make 13 Sage Mode Clones, the most is three at a time.KCM was like 15 i believe and two clones in BM .And he can only used one mode at a time.

Easy.. Feats and who they whoop on.. If subject A is Kage and Subject B is equal to Subject A and Subject C whoop on Subject A or B then Subject C is considered Kage level or above.
Naruto, Sasuke and Kakashi are above Kage level.
