How can you say Naruto=Sasuke?

So guys i find it quite stupid that many of you say that Naruto=Sasuke in terms of power.
How the hell can you say that?The true power comes when somebody tries to protect something.Naruto has always walked on the right path and now he is protecting the whole shinobi world.Sasuke on the other hand severe his bonds with his comrades to achieve power and walked the wrong path.So no matter how much sasuke will try he can never be powerful like Naruto.
We have seen in the fight between Gaara and Naruto.... how one can be strong.BTW naruto saying that we will die together may have different meaning then Naruto and sasuke being same in power/level.
May be in the fight between Naruto and sasuke, sasuke will finally understand what is the true power and how can one get it......Sasuke will never be as powerful as Naruto that is all i have to say at last.

Nice thread! I thought it is Sasuke>Naruto thread but not, Sasuke never won Naruto even in a single battle, don't tell about the battle that Naruto was beaten. If you looked carefully at that part, Naruto got his sense back just before he attacked Sasuke with full power, so he direct his attack to Sasuke's forehead. Naruto remembered that Sasuke said to him that he can't even make a scratch on his forehead. Naruto proved that he can without killing Sasuke

Currently Naruto is still miles ahead of Sasuke in terms of power,skill,chakra and almost everything else. At some stage this might change but for now Naruto>>>>>>>>Sasuke.

It will even out somehow I'm sure.

Good point though. If true strength comes from protecting those you care about,then Naruto is about to Chuck Norris this thing.

In terms of speed: Do you think Naruto would have been able to catch Itachi and stop him...?...I think he would have been 10 miles ahead of Itachi in the blink of an eye and ready to pown Itachi(if needed) and Kabuto. BM FTW

Let it go guys they both stupid, naruto for chasing after sasuke and sasuke for chasing after illusion or dream thinking he can destroy the leaf village. So drop it already and madara give naruto clone respect. Over the five kages.
